Akdeniz Shipyard undertakes full-scale newbuild construction, from first steel cut to sea trials and delivery. Every vessel is built on infrastructure sized for the region’s largest projects — and finished to the standards our clients plan their fleets around.
- 150 × 27 m slipway, served by a dual 80 t gantry crane
- 13,800 m² of block construction area
- Automated 12 × 12 m panel welding line
- CNC dry plasma cutting (7,500 × 28,000 mm)
- 600 t shipbuilding press
- 400 t frame bender for hull plate and frame forming
Vessels don’t earn revenue at the yard — our repair and maintenance services are built around getting ships back to work as quickly as the scope allows, without compromising on quality.
- Ten dedicated closed workshops (2,500 m², 22 × 10 m each)
- 24 × 12 m paint wall for hull blasting and painting
- Twelve workshop cranes rated at 3 t each
- 170 t transporter, 85 t and 30 t mobile cranes
- Slipway access with 2 × 100 t lifting capacity for drydocking and underwater hull work
Beyond shipbuilding, we apply the same heavy steel fabrication capability to industrial and structural projects — from single components to complete steel structures.
